The Shawnee Mission West Booster Club is proud to support team fundraising efforts.

Please fill out the form to start the fundraising process for your team.

Once we receive the completed form, we will build a fundraising page for your team, send you a link for approval, and provide communications detailing the steps necessary for the athletes to start raising funds.
